Practice - Some say it's a dance we do [[Open post]]

Isis stands out on the grounds, as she's done relatively daily since this has begun. Her eyes are closed, and both hands on the staff she frequently carries. She breathes slowly for a long few moments before suddenly charging the staff with power. It glows faintly with a bit of the light energy.

The proof of her calm is the fact that when the Kraken devours yet another sheep, she doesn't even react. Or she's used to it that much, now.

Isis suddenly changes her stance, in a fast and fluid motion, hands not even touching the staff, however, it follows her right hand in a fast spinning motion, still glowing, and currently drifting behind her, occasionally twirling behind her.

The motion is more dancelike than the usual, a rarer thing, since Isis usually focuses more on the combat practice. It's a good way to mix things up on occasion, though. She makes half a step back and then forward, sweeping the staff in a horizontal motion and causing it to twirl before her hand with her power. Her eyes are closed, for the moment, relying on her other senses, rather than sight. She can hear the air whoosh around her, feel it, smell the grass, and the water...

She has the staff twirl and arc around her in a full circle, as she herself steps foward, ducks, and turns around, stopping behind her hand again, floating and faintly glowing. She breathes slow, determined, mind in her actions, one other thread on other things. The past few weeks, her stay in prison, and everything it entailed.

Isis suddenly steps to the side, snapping her right hand up, and fingers snapping in this action, the staff twirls around her again and floats above her vertically, and then does the reverse of this action when she steps back where she was.
