In answer to the inevitable questions: Upper back, between the shoulder blades; at Four Quarters, during Fires Rising; from a cool guy called Jair that works at a place called Vodou Tattoo; "Ain Ode Milvado", which means "There is nothing but G-d" or "There is none else" in Hebrew; yes, varying amounts; about an hour; and not too much.
