After the beginning of July, we got really busy and I had to start using internet day for apartment shopping, so I didn't have time to write little messages. So, this is pretty much just extended picture captions, cuz that's the easiest way to narrate my adventures!
soooo, it's that special day again... Internet Day! We're done with period 7 and the bane of our existence.... Habitat Structure Analysis. They're just as boring as they sound... we basically had to go around all 6 of our stations and fill in this massive piece of paper about the canopy cover and mid-story cover and average tree canopy height and

Sooooo, let's see... we're done with period 6 now. We've gotten several awesomely cool birds, including a Sharp-Shinned Hawk! It's tiny for a hawk, but could probably still eat you if it felt so inclined. ( Photos )
sooo.... internet day is here again! Let's see... Mount St. Hellens. We went for 3 days and camped/slept in the car in various places. Day 1 consisted of the Ape Cave Lava Tube. It was about 3 miles long and pitch-dark and awesome! I took pictures and videos, but that whole DARK thing means that you can't see much. ( What pictures did come out are here )
So it's internet day again! we've started banding by ourselves now (my partner and me), and we've been busy! The most exciting thing we've gotten is probably the hybrid. They're not rare, but not common either, and it's always exciting to get one. ( There are pictures if you wanna see him. )
