Basically, the gist is if you say something bad about the US government, they now have the right to detain you for mental evaluation for 30 days - without question or representation. It was made very clear that this was NOT an arrest, but a mental evaluation. Can you imagine what would happen to you (job, bills, etc) if someone pulled you away without notice for 30 days?!? In this country, you'd be lucky to have anything left when you got out!
