Pete called me this morning, so I called a friend, and here is some (hopefully helpful) info.

My friend, Anne Basso, works at at Transitional Care Facility in St. Paul. Here is the link of the facility where she works. http://www.lyngblomsten.org/ they have the many services, including a nursing home.

Anne, has a friend who was a nurse, and is now a lawyer. She said he may have a suggestion, or be able to help. Here is his webpage. http://elvislawoffices.com/staff.html (this is the friend, Elvis)

*hugs* I hope this is helpful. I hope your family gets the help they need to make this as uncomplicated as possible. Anne wants me to send her thoughts and prayers to you guys also.

Thank you, thank you!!! Lyngblomsten looks awesome, I have a call in to them. The only drawback is the distance from Buffalo. I just spoke to Elvis, and I'm going to try to get my Aunt on the 'phone with him. Calling Mom next...

I'm here via fiddle_dragon's link. If ladysea's contact does not have any helpful suggestions (or anyone else who has popped up since I refreshed), the attorney we have used for estate/family legal work is Jonathan Adams, jadams@rossinilaw.com. I believe this is the type of work he does, but if not, he is an ethical person and will recommend you/your aunt to someone else.
