Help...
My Aunt in MN needs a lawyer specializing in elder issues to help her manage the cost of my uncle's medical care (probably end of life), their assets, and the neglectful nursing home that dropped him on his head and put him back in the hospital. She will be taking him back there, because she doesn't feel she has any other options.
They are in the Minn/St Paul area. Anyone able to rustle up a good attorney recommendation there? My Aunt is very sweet, non-confrontational, and totally overwhelmed. My uncle usually handled this sort of thing, but he has a brain injury (due to brain tumor).
