[personal] Writing Woes
This is really aggravating. I wrote 8 lines but then it occurred to me a different order might sound better. So I tried it both ways and each way has a slightly different FEEL to it and I can't decide which one is the way to go. This is for a story I tried so desperately not to write but that I can't get out of mind. GRR! I tried to write other stuff, stuff I'm committed to like TWCC and Love the Way You Lie, but suddenly all my brain wants is this one. I was able to successfully avoid a brain fixation turning into another in-progress fic not that long ago (a couple weeks?) with a different idea. Not so lucky this time, it seems.
Well, I did get A LITTLE bit more on Love the Way You Lie done.
EDIT: I still don't know how to pick up a guy in a bar and I still don't have any specific biosocial terms but I found a way to write it where my lack of knowledge doesn't show through in a distracting manner. Up to 315 words and haven't even gotten to the really good (and by that I mean really bad) parts. But I have cast Kame, Jin, Koki, Tatsuya for sure... and Junno and Maru probably cast but subject to change at my whim.
