Our flight leaves at 7:15 am tomorrow morning. We are supposed to be at the airport at 5:15 am. We are taking public transit to the airport. We will be getting up at 3:30 am. Is it rude to go to bed minutes after seeing your family for the first time in 8 months? We are going to be sleepy puppies when we get to Calgary. Poor Boyfriend had to work all day today. And he walked to work. It takes him an hour. We didn't buy monthly metro passes this month because we will be away for much of the month. And at $2.75 one way, he seemed to think walking was the way to go.
Today I'm just hanging out at home, tidying and cleaning. What is it about going away that makes you want to reorganize the apartment from top to bottom? Our friend Andrew is staying at our place to look after our little man Henry. I am really feeling bad about leaving him. I know he is just a cat, and I've had cats before, but Henry is different. I love, love, love him so much. I hope he won't miss us too much. Andrew will be great, he's planning on reading the entire too weeks, so Henry will have a cuddle companion.
Before we leave tomorrow we still need to:
-Pack
-Do more laundry
-leave phone numbers/instructions for Andrew
-make one hundred phone calls
-go down to Harbourfront to pick up the presents we forgot to bring home yesterday
-love the little man
-sleep
Anyone want to come over and help me?
