Well, no iPod this paycheck, I need glasses and I have to come up with a medical bill over $79 to get my Medicare back. Isn't that lame?
And I'm certain that getting contacts doesn't count since Medicare never covered them anyway. *sigh* Well, time to spend a bit of money. Walmart has these really cute wayfarer-style glasses and the frames only cost $18. It's getting lenses put in them that is going to cost me a fortune, Walmart starts lenses at $68 and that doesn't even include the polycarbonate lenses that I need.
*sigh*
Well, I've GOT to get Tenncare back so I guess I just have to suck it up and pay for the exam.
In other news, I found a really cute shirt from Anna Sui for Target:
So perfectly Victorian! It's $39.99 at Target.com so I think one of these days I'll beg Josh to take me over to Target to see if the one over here has this blouse in my size and if not, I'll order it from the website and get a pair of shoes to make the shipping free.
