Ten Years

It's disturbing to think that this year, I'll have been married for ten years. It's disturbing that time has gone that fast. It doesn't feel like we've been married for that long.

Since this is our tenth anniversary we're doing something special. We do something special every year but this year is different. We're going to Las Vegas for a week. And while we're there we're going to renew our vows at a wedding chapel. We'll also be going to California to go to Magic Mountain. We did toy around with the idea of going to Disneyland and to be honest I would rather go to the second Happiest Place on Earth but if we went there without Emily, it's highly possible she may kill us in our sleep without a shred of remorse. Now Trevor has gone there without us a couple of times, but it was simply a matter of being at a convention across the street at the Anaheim Convention Center with a group of guys who really wanted to go. And he would pick up something for Emily while he was there. Now us going there as a destination is entirely different. So Magic Mountain is a perfectly acceptable and more importantly safe choice.

But back to Vegas, we're going to try to see Love. We'll be staying at the Hilton for the majority of the trip and the rest of it we're still planning. We've narrowed it down to several hotels. Treasure Island, NYNY, Excalibur, or maybe Rio. Or maybe somewhere else if anyone has a suggestion other than Luxor since we've stayed there. And based on Trevor's experience The Riviera is really shitty. So if anyone has a suggestion other than Luxor or The Riviera, please give your opinions.
