today proved to me why my iphone is a highly useful tool, and actually pretty damn indispensable at times. we had a meeting set for 1:00 pm with our sales rep, jeff, but he cancelled at 11:00 am via email. everyone else was in the loop, except me, because my phone battery was low and i wasn't waking it up out of sleep mode to check my email and messages. had i checked, i could have been eating lunch right now. /sigh.
but but but, anthroscape just got its first official project! we're going to be marketing/representing a line of japanese video games in the united states! to give you an idea of scope, this is something microsoft - yes,mr. money bags bill gates' microsoft - was thinking about doing. but we had the advantage 'cause we're small, global and bilingual, meaning we can offer services a huge company might not care about. woot for validation!
also, my nike ID custom shoes arrived this week, and i'm wearing them as i type. not only do they fit, they're uber comfy. woot for good shoes!
i think i'm going to do one daily while i wait for monkey to finish his meeting, then get the hell outta here and find some food.
