basement and other crap
Basement
Well the basement is cleaned up and ready to be reorganized. I need to build the cover for the sump pump and move furniture and toys back down and that is going to suck. This really put other plans on hold and that is aggrevating. I wanted to be done with the kitchen floor by now and have Kay's bookshelves in place, but I spent the lumber money on a sump pump so that will have to wait. Now I noticed last night that our gutters are all fubar. I am hoping that it is a clog or something but this house has been frustrating. I know that home repair is part of the joys of owning a house but this is rediculous. I have spent a couple grand at lowes since October.
ON other fronts. I have started recreating my pages on geocities. Currently I am working on how to "vocalize' wher I am at belief wise and where my path is taking me. I do know that it is moving me away from "wiccan' but more to a spiritual state of mind and lifestyle as opposed to spellcraft. The concept and belief in the female divine is still present and at the core, but the emphasis and reliance on spellcraft is lessi mportant now. I am focusing more on how we live and actions as opposed instead.I suppose that this may be, in part, from the fact that I havent had a teacher that has led me through spellcraft very much and most research I have done on my own hasnt been all that helpfull, but mostly it is letting her do what SHE deams should be done and, I guess it could be called spellcraft, communing with her for guidance and aid. I still rely on my oracles and tarot for information as well.
