Anniversary: Year 4
Haha, oh yah. And I forgot to mention one last thing.
We hit our 4 year anniversary mark the other day. We didn't do anything extravagant. We figured we can do that when we hit a number that has a little more substance...like 5...yikes only a year to go. Jamie had originally planned a little dinner for us at some restaurant but he put out his back the other day. It's a pretty silly story too. He had a headache on Saturday and went to take some Advil. The first 2 pills that popped out of the bottle were white and he didn't think anything of it and so took it. A few minutes later, his mum tells him that Tylenol 3 was mixed in with the bottle and to be sure he doesn't take those ones. Oops? Of course he didn't clue in that Advil isn't white to begin with or anything...
Anyhow, we figured that because his body was so relaxed when he went out to shovel the snow (massive snowstorm this weekend) he put a lot of stress on his back and didn't realise it until he woke up the next morning.
So with my cripple boyfriend anchored on the couch, we did some sushi take out, snuggled and watched A Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause. Corny I know, but I can't help but be a sucker for Christmas movies. At the end of the night we did some reminiscing. First kiss, first fight, first sex, first time we met parents, special moments...yaddie ya. It blows my mind because it definitely doesn't feel like 4 years.
