OMG. That sounds like some kinda nightmare from a movie. Did you check the boot to make sure they hadn't put a dead body in your car or something? Just to cap it all off?

Though, I'm surprised you kept your cool through all of that, I would have been S.T.E.A.M.E.D. Though getting steamed at people just means they won't help you so it's a good thing you didn't.
