I'm not usually one to bring politics into any livejournal communities, but this one just really, really pissed me off.  There's a bill in Georgia proposing to make having a miscarraige a CAPITAL OFFENSE unless the mother can prove that there was "no human involvement whatsoever in the causation of such an event."

I had briefly researched implanon a few days ago when I was going over what my options were for birth control after my son is born in May. I came across this article today and thought it might be of interest here.
