Hello everyone.

I will be 13 weeks on Friday and I am finally not feeling AS exhausted. I am still pretty tired though.

I am worried I am not getting enough exercise. I do work retail and work about three 8 hour shifts every weeks where I am constantly walking, moving, hurrying etc, and a couple 5 hour shifts where I do the same.

However, as far as additional exercise I have only had the energy/time to do about two times a week. :/ I usually jog about two miles, do a half hour on the elliptical, or do exercises in my apartment. (For example tonight I did three sets of 12-15 lunges, butt lifts, squats and ice skaters, then lifted 6 pound weights and did three different arm exercises, with 30 jumping jacks between the sets to keep my heart rate up. This took about 25 minutes.)

I am sure that my energy will come back in 1-2 weeks as I get further into my second trimester, but I am just needing some reassurance that my body wont go to heck and my baby be unhealthy because of how little I've done.

I know a lot of this is just fear and NOT being used to having so little control over my body. I have to eat a certain amount/way and I just don't have the energy to work out with the same intensity/length that I used to and I just hope for some reassurance of moms who have been there done that, or advice/support in general.

Thanks everyone for letting me vent.
