Headache Relief

My friend is about 8 weeks pregnant. She is getting pretty severe migraines. The doctor gave her a prescription for a pill that has a pregnant lady on it? I don't know but that's what she told me. The pill knocks her out and barely works. This doesn't help her when she has to go to work. When I asked her why she doesn't just take an Advil she told me that's not allowed. Is this true? What happens if Advil is the only thing that works for you. That not even a Tylenol 3 helps a headache. Do you have to suffer for the next 9 months?
