so when am I due....

Let me start my saying I have a whole list of issues that make my specific due date very important. My first son was born at 30w3d due to pre-eclampsia.

When I had my first dating ultrasound my doctor said I was 12 weeks and gave me a due date of June 1st, then we had to move for my husbands job 2 weeks later and I started at a new doctor. She did an ultrasound to check how things were going and gave a due date of July 3rd (this was after she told me she wasn't very good with the ultrasound machines and was only doing this to give herself some practice). I was very concerned and brought up with her the difference between the due dates and that according to my LMP of 8/23/10 and my cycle length of 31 days the June 1st due date was dead on. She insisted that July 3rd was right and we went on from there. Next comes my "20 week" ultrasound (according to her) but 24 weeks according to me and baby was measuring at 23 weeks 4 days, ultrasound tech looks confused and says we can speak with the doctor about it at the next appt. Two weeks later we have the appt and get a recheck of placenta location (partial previa) and baby is then measuring at 25 weeks 3 days, in comes the doctor and she measures my fundal height, 26 weeks. She says wow she is really growing in there we will recheck that at the next appt on this Thursday.

Ok now here is my big problem with the dates being so far off....due to previous csection and incision used and almost complete placenta previa I will be having a repeat csection. My doctor wants to start weekly ultrasounds at 30 weeks to keep an eye on uterine growth and possibility for rupture, which by my dates is this Thursday but she still has me at 26 weeks. I am afraid that she will want to wait the additional 4 weeks past when I am 30 weeks according to my LMP. My possibility for rupture and placenta problems is rather high according to my doctor and I am very worried that not checking things out for 4 weeks puts me and my daughter in danger.

What should I do???

Sorry for the length and thank you for reading all of that.

placenta previa, estimated due dates, repeat cesarean
