Chiropractor or osteopath?
Hi, I'm hoping someone here can solve my confusion! What is the difference between an osteopath and a chiropractor and is one better than the other for spinal/pelvic alignment and baby positioning??
I've googled and googled and just gone round in circles! I think I've found that chiros are mainly bones esp. the spine and osteos are more holistic, gentle and do muscles too? But which do I want to make my pelvis it's 'proper' shape (DS was breech and ended being a section after not descending with 2 hours of pushing, this time it will be a HBAC so I want to make sure the positioning is as good as I can get it!). I can only really afford one or two appointments so I don't want to try one and then find the other type would have been better!
