Dunstan theory

Whats everyone's opinion on the Dunstand baby language theory? I got the DVD from a family member at my baby shower, and since watching it I'm pretty impressed- but i dont know if im just being naive (as usual lol) or if it's legit- has any one tried listening out for the baby language? And did it work for you??
