Homebirth complications?
Does anyone have a birth story of a homebirth where there was a complication or transfer. Involving either mom or baby, or both? Hemmorage, neonatal recusitation, heavy meconium, shoulder dystocia etc?
I always hear the reason that people wont have a homebirth because something may go wrong. So I am looking to read some stories where things have gone "wrong" and how they were handled and the outcome.
and to see where my mindset is coming from, I am a homebirthing mom whose son transfered after birth for a colapsed lung and would do it again in an instant. I am also a doula and student midwife.
