Bladder infection talk again, hospital visit, Y/N?

I can't decide if I need to go to the hospital or not. I know, you're probably thinking... "Well, if its not obvious that you need to go, you probably shouldn't need to go." but... I don't know. I'll explain, so maybe I can get a second opinion. I've posted about my bladder infection medicine before as well... My main problem is, I don't want to go if I don't need to... husband is working (he gets home at 12) and out with the car, but I live next to my parents (and although that is considered very last option in my book, my mom's mentally unstable and I would generally rather cut my foot off that be around her), I can call my sister to take me, if need be. She's already asked me if I wanted to go to the hospital on Monday, when I called her... freaking out about contractions and severe side effect symptoms.

Cut for length.

Anyway, these are my last two weeks I have before I start going to the OB weekly. My last visit, which was on Friday, I had a bladder infection... got prescribed Microbid. I had to quit taking it. I took my last dose the day before yesterday at 1am. I had started it on Sunday. The longer I took it, the worse the side effects got. I thought I was going to die. After I took my last dose at 1am that night/morning, I woke up at 6am-8am in terrible, terrible shape. Now, I had been having these symptoms ever since I started taking it.. but I figured I was just making a big deal out of nothing and it would subside once my body got used to the anti biotics.

During that time frame, my heart felt like it was doing weird flutter things. It almost felt like a heart attack or a heart murmor or something...I was VERY out of breathe, had trouble breathing and couldn't seem the catch my breath... and the dizziness I got was just absolutely insane. I felt like I was tripping on acid or something. (Not that i've DONE that, but what I would imagine it would be like.) The back pain was so bad that I actually thought it was braxton hicks contractions, but once I stopped the medicine... it stopped as well.

I took some tylenol and went back to sleep. Now, I've also had very very bad indigestion and I have absolutely no appetite. At all. I'm sort of thinking its morning sickness all over again (oh good greif i thought we were past this), but it just doesn't... feel the same. I feel like I'm going to puke when I think of any food at all. The only thing I've managed to get down today was a hot fudge cake (bad me, I know!) and a few sips of a Dr Pepper. (Shame on me... I should be drinking water, I know! I can't stomach it either!), and even then, its turned my stomach to hell and back.

I don't know what to do. I obviously HAVE to eat and I NEED To drink a lot of water. I'm still feeling really, really sick. The medication also made me insanely sleepy. I'm sitting here, my dad brought me a sandwich, and I took one bite of the bread and started dry heaving. I'm hungry, but not.. if that makes sense.

Ugh. I feel so crappy right now, I think I may go lay down and take another nap. Which is ALL i've done today, besides getting on here for a little while.

Oh and one last thing... I have a weird odor down there... again, like what happened at the appointment before the last one. And some very insane discharge. A lot of discharge is pretty normal for me when pregnant, but this is pretty nasty stuff. The last time I looked, earlier today I think, it was actually a snot green. (I know, TMI!)

Oh, and I should mention that my dad and mom have had a stomach virus or something (not sure exactly, but I do live next to them), and my dad actually took off work he was so sick. He doubled over yesterday in pain. I'm hoping its not that either. What do you guys think?

I'm not exactly in OMGPAIN but I do think I need to get checked out.... my next appointment isn't until next Friday. The last time I was concerned and went to the hospital on Valentines Day, they kind of treated me like an idiot for being concerned... even though I was running a fever of like 102. Ugh....
