I didn't know I was pregnant

Does TLC air any of it's shows online anywhere?  You'd think they would if they are really out to educate.  It's been killing me that I haven't seen a single episode (besides 2 minute youtube clips) of "I didn't know I was pregnant."

I don't know where to find the episodes online, but I've seen the show and the whole time I just end up shouting at the TV "How did you not know!?!" haha, but I still watch it.

Well there is (was?) somebody in this community that was in a similar situation as a couple of the women: they had been told repeatedly that they were incapable of conceiving. That, paired with extremely messed up periods normally, spotting in the pregnancy, no real weight gain, lack of other symptoms (or symptoms explained by the condition that made it supposedly impossible to conceive)...and a healthy dose of denial.

One woman went to the ER in horrible pain. They made her take a pregnancy test before doing some procedure or giving her some drug...when that turned up positive, they did an ultrasound and saw that she was fully dilated and out came the baby!

Once you've seen one, you've seen them all, in my opinion. :\
