Any tips on how to cope with fatigue and nausea while you're working? I think I'm actually getting off pretty lightly on the nausea front so far (knock on wood!!) - it's not gotten so bad yet that I've actually thrown up, and some days are better than others. Having said that, I was sure miserable today, and my saltines and juice accomplished nothing until I came home after lunch and had a nap. (I suspect the take-home message might be that I MUST get enough sleep at night in order to avoid feeling like total crap the next day.) My workplace is reasonably flexible, but as part of a busy two-woman team I can't afford to drag my ass too badly. Any ideas?
