Was it PLANNED?
I wonder what posesses people to, when you tell them you're pregnant, ask "was this planned?"
My answer is typically "not planned but definitely welcomed" but I'm thinking of saying "yes, it was," just to shut people up! Although I have wondered, I have never actually asked people if their pregnancy was planned.
My husband and I have talked kids since we were dating for only two months, so we ALWAYS WANTED THEM, we were just not going to start the "trying to conceive process" for another year. However, by answering in any way that it was not planned, it makes it seem like an "accident" and "unwanted."
My thoughts are yes, it was in God's plan, therefore it was planned.
Any thoughts? Similar stories? Groans of sympathy?
