I realized that my apartment his been in a chill lately. Turns out that during my New Years celebrating, I earned myself a nasty crack in the window. The big man at the nearest grocers said that duct tape fixes anything, but the fix I did looks really ugly...
Oh, but the fireworks the other night were so fantastic, and there was a sale just down the block so I bought a few of them myself to play with while watching the festivities. Do you realize how badly drunk people flip out when you throw some of those loud, exploding (yet harmless) fireworks just outside their door? I laughed for the longest time.
Better in the hallway than in my room, I realized -- this window business is awful.
