Haruka is a precognitive with 90% accuracy, and for capeandcowl that means that Haruka is able to see the paths a character has taken/may take in the future, though only applying to those close to her.
So if you plan on threading with her a lot, please post here on the things she will be able to find out about your character's decisions in the past/their plans for the future.
Also, she will probably recognize the big names out there, like the characters from Star Wars and the major superheroes, like Batman, Catwoman, Spider-man, etc. Just give me the heads-up if you would rather not be fourth-walled.
