I have been a complete slacker with this community and I apologize. Since I last posted so many things have happened! J made it safely to Minneapolis on Sunday. Now I am praying like mad that he does the best he can through the entire assessment process. If you're of a mind, please say a prayer of your own for him. :)

And also, Sammy (and I) took a three hour nap today - whoo!

We have been praying and praying for our house to sell for months. We finally got a wonderful offer on it today! What a wonderful answer to prayer! Now we are just praying that the closing goes through.

Yesterday Emma the Dog managed to escape out of the house very quickly as we were coming in from the garage. By the time we were in and ready to go looking for her she was long gone, gallivanting through the neighborhood. She was out for almost two hours, it was getting dark, and Jacob had resorted to searching for her by car. I was thinking of all ( Read more... )
