I'm sick of winter - why can't it just go away already?!?!?
I hate weather. LoL. What the heck was that storm yesterday? After class on Thursday it was pouring and I heard rain throughout the night. Then I woke up to sleet. When I got around to looking out a window, there was snow/ice on the ground! I didn't even know we were supposed to get a storm, haha. My mom's work closed early so she was home around 4pm instead of the usual 6pm. Let me tell you, it is not fun to shovel any of that stuff. It was heavy and slippery - my neighbors and I looked like we were in a circus or something, lol. And the worst part is our roof is crappy and last winter it started to leak in my closet. The weird part is that it won't leak when it rains, but goes crazy when the snow on the roof melts. So this morning I woke up to the dripping noise of the closet being soaked :( It's ok now though, nothing you can do except stick a bucket underneath and check on it every so often.
I can't believe the season starts in 2 weeks! I'm so excited beyond belief, lol. The only thing I"m worried about is the bullpen. They're really sucking in Florida right now. And the wonderful relief man we got for Bobby & Cory has a 16.60 ERA. Our 4th and 5th outfielders aren't so good either. And none of thsi would've happen if Gillick wouldn't go screwing around-should have kept Tejeda and Michaels after 2005. Especially Tejeda. He could really help us right about now. He's penciled in as the Rangers 4th starter this season. But he can pitch in relief too. He's like a jack of all trades pitching-wise, lol.
