4th of July Unpatriotic Celebration
I'm writing yesterday's journal now coz i slept at 430 today...yeah thats rite the day in the life of me. Woke up at 12 to clanking pots and pans coz mom was cooking for uncle...mutton curry and minced chicken.....thats why i made NO plans to leave the house today at all. Well back to yesterday....was fun...yes. Woke up at i think 10 or 11, assembled my laptop OH YEAH. Thats rite.... i whole computer for me...... and then after that went swimming with Jeff, Mazi and Johanna. Some quite awkward moments experimenting with my sexuality in the pool....could hardly swim coz havent done it for over a year. Volleball was cool, getting hit on the head coz i was watching a plane fly by while someone spiked was not. But it was all good, fat white guys in the pool made me want to vomit....closest you can get to a hot chikc in my pool is this 50 year old lady who reads books everyday and smiles at us periodically....she does read good books..
We then played monkey int he middle with the volleyball which was just awesome coz everyone watched us having fun and were so jealous...or maybe coz we looked like monkeys escaping from the zoo. Lifeguard probably had the most trying times in his whole summer since Jeff kept falling over and screaming like he was drowning when he actually wasnt (ADD kicks in a lot more in the water. This black guy who wanted to play with us kept calling me Rashad, despite my continual efforts to correct him....ill never understand black people. Came back home after the swim and relaxed for a while...had pizza and experimented with my new laptop...downloaded this awesome program which has MSN, AIM and Yahoo Messenger all in one (YEAH BABY)And then we went over to Johanna's house for some 4th of July action....ended up totally ditching the fireworks routine and played The Hammock Game...which is officially the fourth best game ive played in my entire life...and is second only to riding an elephant. I hung on forever and was declared defending champion....arm almost popped out but what the hell. Played foosball.....which i lost horribly...played pool where i also lost to Mazi by pocketin gthe 8ball and the cue ball at the same time in the same pocket but doing everything else right. Jeff steps on his own foot and then Amanda pours ice water over his head for fun but it interfered with his hearing aid. Jeff goes home...not mad...just a little scared about the hearing aid....Jo's family says if Jeff leaves the party is over.....sure is. Go home to watch Old School (with the parents....yea thats rite). Apparently parents enjoyed it very much and so my whole concept of it being inappropriate totally backfired....but whatever...definitely a must see coz i was crying with laughter despite the fact that ive watched it three times. Go to chat after the movie.............try to read the economist but fall asleep dead...wake up with a drool-filled economist....yum yum....good morning.
