Ah, so what did I do this weekend? i READ. I got my Harry Potter book on Saturday afternoon and finished it Sunday morning. Oh My Word! I loved it! loved it loved it. I won't post anything spoiler wise, just to say it was wonderful and I cried and cried at the end.
I also emptied out my desk that is in our den at home. I am sick of it and I don't use it all that often as we spend most of our time in the basement now. I want to get the desk out of that room and put in a chair and maybe an end table or my flip up coffee table in there. That is such a pretty room and it is overwhelmed with two desks in there.
Need to remember to bring potting soil and a new pot into work with me for my pothos plant. he needs more room to grow and some good nutrients.
my sister Melissa, her husband John, and baby Ellen are coming to visit next month! Ellen will be 8 months old! time does fly! She'll be so much bigger than when I saw her last time! Whole new baby!
I have a new role here at work, less than a year after my other new role this is an expanded version of what I was. Giving more support to my boss who is now an executive director, and I'm now supervising people. YIKES! who thought that was a good idea? he he. so work has been both super-duper stressful and interesting/challenging at the same time. i really do like it.
