How much do you think you can sell the EP house for? It's a coveted neighborhood...

Zillow says about $357K which is probably pretty close - assuming I can get a buyer. I'm not competing against foreclosures and it doesn't qualify for the unobtainable jumbo mortgage, so I'm hoping it's in the sweet spot.

I think that houses are still selling when priced correctly. My friend Candee's house sold in something like two days with multiple offers. Like your home, it was in a coveted neighborhood (nice part of St. Louis Park), and it wasn't some kind of mini mansion.
