Good thing I'm not going anywhere today.
Because it looks like I've got a solid 4 hours of fucking around with Windows to get the microphone to work. Woohoo! I fucking love Windows 7!!!!
The awesome thing is I'll be fucking around with it for 4 hours and it'll just start working out of the fucking blue. Just like the last 8 or 9 times I've done this.

Also, changing the video settings in Left 4 Dead 2 triggered the UAC. Useless Authentication Crap. :)

Oh wow, this is worse than Win 7 beta. In the beta I could at least play Left 4 Dead with the graphics turned up. Granted load times were measured in minutes, but I could play. Now load times are down, but I also have to crank the graphics down.
Where's my XP CD?
