So I spent the day as I have been spending all my spare time. That is tearing out carpet, NASTY wood and REALLY truly ugly tile (I really should have gotten a picture of it before I pulled it up). So the closing is done, the documents have completed registration with the state, and the place is officially mine!

So welcome me to the land of home ownership. So I suppose rather than it's MINE! I should say... It's owns me!
Now to tear up carpet, get estimates to refinish floors, paint, do electrical work...sheesh.
