Glasgow
I just got back to the hotel, after writing that bit from McDonnalds. Can't remember what I said, so sorry if I repeat anything.
We flew into Glasgow at about 6:30 last night. We took a taxi to our hotel, and then I got ahold of Stu. He said they would come to the hotel at about 8. He and Ste showed up about 10. lol.
Anyways, they came back at 11 this morning, and we headed out shopping. I found some cheep Converse's so I got them. I also had to buy a new carry-on suitcase, since mine broke.
It was so nice being with Stu and Ste, since they knew where we were going, and knew where to find the best shopping. We never would have found their malls. This one was just an escalator on the street, and it went into this nice mall. Starbucks is even more expensive here than at home. I paid over 6 dollars for a smoothie that would have been 4 at the Blue Moon, and I would have got twice as much. Oh well, it was nice sitting around at Starbucks with Stu and Ste. Even if they charge to use their tables. Crazy.
We went to this Italian place for supper. I cut my finger open on the lock to the bathroom door. That was special. We had to get pepperoni pizza, as hamburger seems to be a strange concept on pizza. Afterwards I got this cool ice cream thing. Stu had apple pie. How exciting. Sorry Stu, but you were boring. :P
