I just finished watching Closer. I think that's one of my new favourite movies... I really, truly enjoyed it. Maybe because I have a thing for watching movies that reflect life as it is, as it can be. Real. Okay, and the soundtrack was pretty good. You can't go wrong with Damien Rice. And Natalie Portman is a doll.
Seriously, though? It's simply beautiful. Raw and real, I felt. And, as much as I hate to admit it, I see a bit of my relationship with Sammy in Dan and Alice's relationship in the movie. Not the outcome, hopefully, but some of it, they way they are together, with each other.
I think I'm catching whatever Brandon had. I've been coughing and I'm starting to feel a bit congested. It makes sense, though. I'm the one always wiping his snotty nose, giving him his medicine while he coughs and drools all over me. As long as Sammy doesn't get sick, I'm fine.
Speaking of Sammy, I need to check eBay and my bids...
