MARKINGS: Tall. "a deep uneven tan that spoke of a life spent mostly in the sun". Her voice sounds like "the waves on the shore". A large scar on her stomach from two werewolves.
POSSESSIONS: A owl, which was a gift from her eldest sister. Jeans and a green shirt. A red bikini. "a long sea green dress that hugged her curves in all the right places". Yes! Curves In All The Right Places! "Her mask and wings were blue with emerald designs along the edges."

CONNECTIONS TO CANON: The Marauders walk into her compartment on the Hogwarts Express and strike up a friendship. She meets Lily, and agrees to help James win Lily's heart. She is sorted into Gryffindor. She will be paired with Remus. Lucius asks her to a ball, where she rejects him. Then she lets Remus know about all the drama happening on her side of the world, and showcases her nifty powers.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: Her bi-sexuality surprises and impresses the Marauders. She figures out that Remus is a werewolf on the first day. Her animagus form is a large black panther, named Jet. She can make the ground tremble, and can make the "waters surface shimmer and then shapes appeared. birds, horses, people all dancing over the lake".
NOTES: At first I was impressed that the Sue was from Greece. It was a refreshing change from France and America. Then, the Greek Mythology came out of the woodwork. *tears*
SAMPLE:
When Remus woke up Kymo was still pressed against him, her breath brushing against his neck. Her face was damp and Remus realised she must have been crying in her sleep. He brushed his thumbs across her cheeks to dry them. She stirred but she didn’t wake. He wondered if he could get out of the bed without waking her.
He managed to loosen her grip and he scooted over to the edge of the bed. Remus carefully climbed out and pulled the covers back over her. He found some clothes and quickly changed into them. He made sure that there were clothes for Kymo before flopping onto the sofa, waiting for Kymo to wake up.
After about an hour he saw her sit up and look around the room. Her eyes landed on him and she smiled, even if it was still a bit sad. She got up and Remus turned away so she could change. “You can look now,” he heard her murmur behind him.
“Do you want breakfast?” he asked her.
Kymo frowned slightly, “yeah, but I don’t want to go to the great hall,” she said shrugging.
He grinned and held his hand, “good job I know where the kitchen is then.” He laughed as she threaded her fingers through his. She let him lead her through the corridors, meeting less people than she had expected, until they stopped in front of a painting of fruit.
“Remus, wha-?” Kymo started to say when he reached out to tickle the pear before realising that it had become a door. “Oh.”
He tugged her hand to pull her through the door and they were immediately greeted by a bunch of house elves who all knew Remus, much to Kymo’s amusement although her smile was still sad.
After they had had breakfast they went down to the lake. "It feels weird being here with no one else," Kymo said watching a bird fly over the top of the forest. they sat at the edge of the lake and Remus watched as she dangled her feet in the water, instantly relaxing.
"What happened that night Kymo?" he asked hesitatingly, not wanting to break the silence.
She sighed lightly, "if you’re going to understand that there are a few things you need to know about me, or rather my father." She looked at him, "it's hard to explain and I never know where to start because no one ever believes me. “How much do you know about the Greek gods?" she asked.
Remus was surprised by the question but answered anyway, "not much, just which gods which basically. why?"
"What do you know about Poseidon?" she asked ignoring his question.
"That he was the god of the sea, that he was the second most powerful god and that's about it." he frowned, "what's this got to do with anything?"
"Remember when you first met me Lily asked about my name and I told her my dad was obsessed with Greek mythology?" She waited for him to nod before continuing, "I lied, my dad isn't obsessed with the gods, he's one of them."
Remus' eyes widened slightly, "you're saying that your dad is Poseidon?" he asked her.
She nodded, "you don't believe me do you, it's alright no one ever does at first." She told him the corner of her mouth twitching.
He shook his head, "what do you mean at first?"
"There are ways I can prove it, want to see?" He nodded faintly and Kymo gave him her wand. When he went to ask about it she answered before he even opened his mouth, "so you know I’m doing it myself and not with my wand. Watch the lake."
Remus turned his eyes to the lake expectantly. Nothing happened at first but after a moment he noticed the waters surface shimmer and then shapes appeared. birds, horses, people all dancing over the lake. Remus looked at Kymo his face covered in shock to see her look slightly pained. "What’s wrong?" He asked placing a hand on her arm.
"it's harder using the lake because its fresh water, I’m used to doing that with sea water." She explained letting the shapes melt back into the lake.
"What else can you do?" He was interested now.
She smirked at him, "I thought you wanted to know what happened the other night?" She asked him a small light in her eyes.
He looked at her. "What did your brother come to warn you about then?" he asked, his voice soft.
They started to walk around the lake as they talked, not really knowing where they were going. "There's going to be a war between the gods soon, Hades stole something from Zeus and now he's a bit pissed off with him understandably. All of the Olympians have to choose a side. But the war will spread here to, ever hear the saying; "as above so below"? if there’s a war in Olympus there will be one in the wizarding world. It will be for something completely different but there will still be a war, and all of the demi-gods are going to end up fighting in both of them."
"Demi-gods?" He asked tilting his head to one side.
"Or half-bloods take your pick. Demi-god is the technical term for children of the gods."
Remus stopped a thought passing through his mind, "how bad is it going to be?"
Kymo gave a bitter laugh, "very bad, it's going to make the Trojan War look like a water balloon fight, if we're lucky. If we're not, I don't even want to think about what’s going to happen if we're not." She had wrapped her arms around herself and was staring out over the lake again.
"We should tell Dumbledore," he said.
Kymo gave him a look and he was surprised that the air around her didn't freeze, "I already have, that was the first thing I did when I got back." she said rolling her eyes.
"Where have you been anyway? Everyone’s been worried about you, including Kerry." He said with a small smile in her direction.
"I’ll bet," she said dryly. “I was in Olympus with my father and some of my brothers. How long have I been gone?"
Thinking the question was a bit strange he answered, "About two days."
She nodded and sighed, leaning against him. He wrapped his arms around her waist and leant his chin on her shoulder. "I’m sorry, about your brother," he murmured into her ear.
"Don't," she whispered back, her voice breaking. "If I break this time I don't think I’ll be able to pick up the pieces." She told him trying not to let the tears fall.
He turned her face so she was looking at him; he stoked her hair back from her face and kissed her forehead gently. "Then let me pick them up this time" he told her. Kymo nodded faintly before burying her head in his shoulder and crying. She held onto Remus tightly, her hands holding onto the back of his shirt. Remus didn't say anything to her, just rubbed her back and stroked her hair while she sobbed into his shoulder. He didn't know how long they were stood like that but it was a while before she pulled away wiping her eyes with the back of her hand. "Better?" Remus asked her smiling at her.
“Yeah, thanks.” She said looking up at him. She went to kiss his cheek but he turned his head at the last moment, his mouth meeting hers. When she didn’t pull away he cupped her face lightly, his other hand resting on the small of her back. Both of Kymo’s hands were on his shoulders and she pushed herself up slightly. Remus gently flicked his tongue along her bottom lip and smiled against her mouth as her lips parted slightly. The hand on her face slid so it was tangled in her hair.
Kymo pulled away hesitatingly and buried her face in his neck as she tried to catch her breath, her arms slipping around his neck. She felt him lower his head to her shoulder, his breathing tickling her neck. “We should go back inside know, before it gets any colder,” Remus said pulling away slightly. The both of them walked back up to the castle hand in hand.
