Title: Spell it out
Perpetrator: Averta
Sue-O-Meter: Toxic
Cover/Banner Art:
Summary: “The Tri-Wizard Tournament is beginning, and Asteria is not excited. Shes stuck as the second place representative in her entire school, behind Fleur, and she can’t enter because of her age. Draco, Crabbe, and Goyle have already started to harrass her, and she feels a great deal of guilt whenever she sees the Boy Who Lived. Who is she? And how did she end up in the tournament too?”
Full Name: Astria
Species: She’s a Beauxbaton!Sue.
Hair: “I held a small handful of my long black hair, noting how dark it was. In the wizard world, you were always judged on appearances. Black hair and dark eyes, with a mysterious aura easily made you a figure to avoid.” No, it doesn’t Sue.
Eyes: See above.
Markings: She talks about having a “mysterious aura”.
Possessions: She has the ability to make Draco OoC, but will likely make Harry OoC as well.
Connection to Canon: The story starts off with our Sue bemoaning the fact she goes to a school which is only for girls, so she is only able to see boys when she isn’t at school. She’s excited about going despite not being old enough to go because it’s a break from her girls only school and she’s eye balling Harry. (She is to be paired with him.) She goes on about her aura, then his aura and finally decides to study. That’s when she gets picked on by Draco and company. For some reason they randomly decide to start beating her up and kicking her because Draco conveniently knows her. (Does anybody remember Draco ever hitting a girl?) We then hear from the Sue that Draco knows all three curses and “he wouldn’t hesitate to use them.” I was going to give the writer an awful rating until that part. Draco’s being turned into a way to convenient scape goat for angst by the writer, yet I’m still left wondering if they know anything beyond what they saw in the movies.
Origin: The writer really needs to brush up on their Harry Potter canon.
Special Abilities: Where did this second place representative come from?

Notes: Beauxbatons is NOT a girls only school!

Sample:

I stared at the boy in glasses as he passed by.

Since I attended an all girls school, I never saw boys except the ones my parents forced me to hang out with. So, as a result, not to sound sexist or anything, I never had an extreme interest to be friends with boys because of that. But the lightning bolt scar above his right eye intrigued me.

"Asteria, that's him. The Boy Who Lived."

I flinched in surprise when my friend, Fleur, nudged me in the arm. Since this was a school wife event, my school brought along the top representatives for the whole school. She was the first, I was the second. But due to my age, I wouldn't get to enter the tournament that was going to occur this year. But since it was a chance to get a break from the boring Beauxbaton school, I agreed to come with.

"I know, how could I not know about Harry Potter?" I said, turning away from him.

"You shouldn't stare though, it's rude."

I groaned.

Fleur, not surprisingly, walked away to one of her friends a couple of yards away, leaving me in the dust. I didn't care.

I held a small handful of my long black hair, noting how dark it was. In the wizard world, you were always judged on appearances. Black hair and dark eyes, with a mysterious aura easily made you a figure to avoid.
