CONNECTION TO CANON: Hermione is now a child who was kidnapped and experimented on at a young age. Her sister brings her home to their grandfather Marius Black. They meet up with the Delacours, and suddenly the girls are going to different schools because of an argument with the Delacours. (Except, why would the Delacours have any say? They wouldn’t.)
ORIGIN: This is a crossover with Maximum Rider, but is not marked as such yet. I’m also wondering if the reason for this crossover has anything to do with the Maximum Rider series being adapted to film.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: While one of the reviewers says the story has a lot of potential for Hermione and Laetitia to be Mary Sues and to add in fatal flaws, fatal flaws aren’t the only thing which causes problem. I find myself questioning why Laetitia would show up at her grandfathers, let alone how the canon of Maximum Rider isn’t going to contradict with the canon of the Harry Potter series, let alone how the writer is going to blend the two fandoms, with each having their own plots and wars, one which involves nine books spanning about two years, and another which involves seven books spanning seven years, plus a bit of expansionary material. Let’s not forget the fact Laetitia claims they’re the first successful hybrids of the avian type. That honestly seems like a major contradiction to the books.
NOTES: You’d think the writer was a newbie, but their account was created back in 2009. Despite having an account that long, of their seven stories, only one has more than one chapter and none are complete. The one which does have more than one chapter only has one extra chapter.
