Flashback Sue TITLE:
Lillith Potter, and
Lillith Potter CompanionPERPETRATOR:
JezabelleLilithJohnsonSUE-O-METER: Toxic
COVER/BANNER ART: Their avatar is a waterfall.
SUMMARY:”What would have happened if Harry had a twin? If his twin wasn't on the light side? If Dumbledore wasn't as nice as he seemed? If his twin was favored by the Dark Lord? Well all these questions and more will be answered in Lillith Potter.”, and ”as the title says this is a companion story to Lillith Potter. A series of one shots showing what the main story did not. Mostly centered around first through third years. i suggest you read that story first or this may or may not be confusing.”
FULL NAME: Lillith Marie potter
SPECIES: Girl who claims to be the girl who lived.
HAIR:
EYES:
MARKINGS: “I survived that night with nothing but a jagged scar, from my collar bone and following my hair line to the middle of my forehead, of course completely visible from near any angle, unlike my brothers who just flattened his bangs down and his scar was hidden.” Oh, woe is me. Stop with the pity party Sue, and stop stealing Harry's thunder. “I was near exact opposite of my brother, I was the spitting image of my mother, the only thing I got from my father was the completely untamable order of my hair, add that to the fiery red from my mother and you get a mess in a ponytail. Oh and poor eye sight, I needed glasses when I was reading.”
POSSESSIONS: “my bags well my one pack consisting of a toothbrush, a hairbrush, and a change of clothes, and left.”
CONNECTION TO CANON: She runs away, an old lady gets her, gets her pretty clothes, and becomes Lillith's legal guardian, but not Harry's because “Dumbledore forbade it.” Second year sees her arguing with Harry about Snape not being the one to steal the stone, but no answers as to why she even knows about the stone, as she's in a different house, and on a different schedule then the rest of the group. “Along with my studies I researched the chamber of secrets and any snake like creature that could be hidden in it. I had decided it was a basilisk that was hidden in the castle, when
Hermione was petrified. I tracked down the king of snakes and attempted to converse with it, learning of my brother and I's Slytherin blood. The creature said that he could not petrify a blood relative of Salazar Slytherin, which was helpful.” This is before Ginny gets kidnapped by the way. (This is just the first chapter. Second chapter, nothing happens. The one-shots, and this is funny - the first covers her running away. She actuyally says, “I'll come back for you once we're old enough, I promised you.” Burst into laughter! If she's not old enough, she's not old enough period. No sign of this awful abuse going on, but instead she comes across as that little kid who gets on their trike, and makes loops around the neighborhood claiming they are running away because their mom said they can't have chocolate cake for breakfast! Next is a very boring chapter of her meeting Draco. Then a very boring sorting. Then her potions class. (Doesn't really seem like a one-shot collection, as all the stories are in order. She's the one who knows the answers instead of Hermione.
ORIGIN: See the summary. It's another story where Snape is Draco's godfather.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: The Sue claims she's the girl who lived, but we all know that's impossible as the title indicates the person who survived the killing curse, and only one person could have done that the night the Potter parents died. She makes friends with Draco despite his character issues. She also gets sorted into Slytherin and is gleeful about it. (You know, Harry would have been sorted first, and you would think she'd want to be in the same house as her brother.) Parseltongue of course. Draco's parents are nice to her behind closed doors. Harry of course randomly thinks she's evil. (This is just in the first chapter.)
NOTES: I call spoiled brat on this one. Copycat Sue, Parasite Sue, talk about a Sue that needs to be killed dead. I'm not sure why writer's think it is all right to make their characters more special then the canon characters. Self-insert much? Her Doctor Who character is named Jezabelle by the way.
SAMPLE:
Not many know my name, or who I am, because my brother bore the brunt of the fame on his shoulders.
I am Lillith Marie potter, and I am the girl who lived. I survived that night with nothing but a jagged scar, from my collar bone and following my hair line to the middle of my forehead, of course completely visible from near any angle, unlike my brothers who just flattened his bangs down and his scar was hidden.
I was near exact opposite of my brother, I was the spitting image of my mother, the only thing I got from my father was the completely untamable order of my hair, add that to the fiery red from my mother and you get a mess in a ponytail. Oh and poor eye sight, I needed glasses when I was reading.
I had been given to the Dursleys along with my brother and we suffered years of abuse and neglect, but on the year of my eleventh birthday I decided to run away.
I packed my bags well my one pack consisting of a toothbrush, a hairbrush, and a change of clothes, and left.
From there a woman in strange clothes found me and tried to bring me back. I argued, telling her what it was like there and anger grew on her face. She took me by the hand and brought me to her home and explained everything.
