Good morning,
This morning I have completed my first early morning walk/slight run. I woke up at 6:30a, started to hit the pavement around 6:40a and finished just as the sun started to warm up things.
I downloaded the miCoach app on my Droid. It took me a bit of time to figure out what exactly it does, but it's pretty nifty if you do outdoors running. If you do the gym, it'll only measure time, not distance. The first thing it does, is it gives you an orientation assessment. It surely tried to push you for 12 min. of a walk/run. Pretty much it makes you increase your speed little by little.
My legs are definitely not happy campers with me right now, lol. So as I sit on the floor and stretch my poor calves, hamstrings and thighs, I'll log in my distance and time for the past 3 days. Apparently, my first day I didn't know how to use the app b/c it said I only went for 16 min, but I was at the gym for over an hour. Oops.
Talk to you guys later...
