♥ No deadbuyers please.
♥ We work on a first comment first basis.
♥ Please proceed to payment only upon receiving the invoice from us.
♥ All payments should be made within 24 hours from the time of the invoice
♥ In the event that you did not receive an invoice from us, the item might be pending/sold
♥ An invoice will be sent to you if any deals fall through or backorders will be opened, do check your spam folder.
♥ Should there be any change of decision in the purchase of the item(s), please inform us immediately.

Exchange Policy

♥ Exchange will be done on a case by case basis.
♥ Exchange can be done only on faulty item
♥ Item(s) must be orginal, unworn, unwashed to be eligible for an exchange.
♥ Please email us a photo of defect within 7 days of purchase
♥ We will require you to send back the faulty piece and we will send you a replacement piece.
♥ If item is OOS, store credits/refunds will be done on a case by case basis.
♥ Potporry reserve any rights to reject any cases of refund/exchange.

Mailing Details

♥ Prices are exclusive of postage unless otherwise stated
♥ For non-sales items,
> Free Normal Postage will be provided for mailing listees.
> Non mailing listees: postage is $1.50 per piece of apparel and $0.50 for each subsequent piece (inclusive of $0.50 handling fee for envelope/tape/plastic bag).
♥ Postage of bags and shoes - $3.00 per item
♥ Registered postage, add $2.25 to the normal postage
(We highly recommend registered postage as we will not be responsible for lost parcels)
♥ Parcels will be sent out within 2 working days after we verified your payments
♥ Do allow 3-4 working days for the parcels to reach you.
By shopping with us, you are agreeable to our T&Cs.
