British Mezzotint Satires

British Mezzotint Satires in North American Collections is a catalogue of 600 satires or drolls printed between 1760 and 1800. They depict scandalous occurances, humorous situations, and daily life for different classes of people. Good for fashion research among other things, and they're not boring!

For example: Quack dentist, fat woman falling off her horse onto her footman, or a lady's wig blowing off in the wind.
