So I talked to him today. For less than 5 minutes. I could barely hear him since it was done via conference call. Had I known that the conversation was only going to last all of 3 minutes, I would not have told him the story of my mom hiding the package he sent and spent more time asking "how is your Christmas"...though I'm sure at this point he's used to me doing things like that..I'm talkitive.
Simultaneously, it was wierd....esp since i could barely hear him and it was so short, it was pretty disapointing that I was so nervous and actually felt sick for a call that ended up being so short.
He kept saying how bad he really wanted to talk to me so I don't think he felt obligated, he obviously wanted to, it just sorta sucked taht it wasn't that special......
Next year's goal? Be there IN PERSON to wish him Merry Christmas.....
