(no subject)
Hello Friends!
Cath and I are no longer the computerless household that we have been since last Friday(woe was us!). Catherine's Archie caught a virus a few months ago, and he was taken to the Man to be fixed. Moss had developed some difficulties so he too was taken to the Man but sadly Moss has been retired. It is very sad. He needed a new hard drive and a new cd drive and I decided rather then spend the money getting him fixed it would be better just to buy a new computer. So I have. His name is Roy and he's a Toshiba, I think he is the next step up from Moss.
It's running Windows 7 and it and internet explorer are trying to be a little too helpful, I feel. Everytime I go to a website or do something they're all "Oh, do you want us to remember that password? Hey, if you enable this is will make you life SO MUCH easier! Do you want me to whislte up the chimney? Do a jig? I make your life so much better, easier and brighter! I'm awesome! Love me! Pay attention to me!" It's a little annoying but I will get used to it ^_^
In other news, I'm so hot I'm not wearing socks.
