Geez, it's like a couple of steps forward then a step back at the moment. I've gotten spooked by the recent aftershocks, just when I was starting to relax just a little (by not wearing a bra to sleep for the first time since Saturday or dreaming about earthquakes). Gosh darn it

Ahem.
My ladylikeness astounds me too....
I went into the city today to go to Alice's. It looks so much better than I imagined it did because of the news coverage. Still heartbreaking because some buildings are down and some are unsafe (Burgers and Beers!) but for the most part, I was impressed by how much is still standing. Good luck at work, Jen. I am sure the presence of your salads will bring happiness to many!

And I have Hershey's chocolate. It's...not great, but if you want some and you want to come here to get it, it's on offer! After Cadbury's huge chocolate blocks, Hershey's seems soooooo small.

I'm glad town isn't as bad as you thought it would be! And that you are starting to relax a little although I do think you are rather insane getting out horror films!
I hope the presence of my salads brin happiness to many but I think people will be finding more comfort in baked goodies and coffee ^_^

Yeah, I love me a slasher film. I don't even know.
True, people do tend to turn to carbs and caffeine to bring the comfort. I'd rather have a Jensalad any day though!
