Kaidoh knocked on Yagyuu’s door and waited, the gentleman had asked him over for a study date and he was a bit early. He shifted his weight and wondered if anyone had heard him, before he could knock again the door opened seemingly on it's own and he stared at it confused, "Hi Kaidoh-san," a small voice said from below his eye level. He looked down to see Misaki staring up at him innocently. He blushed a bit and came inside, "Hi Misaki-chan. Where's your Nii-san?" She pointed him in the direction of the kitchen.
"Thank you. Oh, here, this is for you." He pulled a large wrapped gift box out of his bag and handed it to her. The little girl smiled and looked at him, waiting for permission to open it. "Go ahead," he nodded and she opened it carefully. He thought it was strange until he remembered who her brother was. She pulled out the princess dress and small stuffed pony he'd gotten her and he smiled. She squealed and jumped on him giving him a big hug before running upstairs to try it on.
He walked into the kitchen, shoving the discarded wrapping into his bag on the way and smiled again when he saw Yagyuu's back, it looked like he was chopping something up for dinner, "Yagyuu."
Having removed his glasses earlier when he had started chopping the onions, Yagyuu looked over at Kaidoh, tears streaming down his face. He'd been cutting onions for dinner, since his parents were out, and hadn't heard the door being answered by Misaki-chan.
"Hello, Kaidoh-kun," he said calmly, despite the tears. Onions always seemed to affect him more than most people. Grabbing his glasses carefully, he put them on his face crookedly, since he didn't want to get them dirty.
Kaidoh felt a stab in his chest and his smile disappeared immediately when he saw tears rolling down his boyfriends face. He was next to the other boy almost instantly and pulled him into a tight hug. Once he saw the onions he relaxed, but he didn't let go.
Yagyuu was surprised when Kaidoh hugged him, but realised that it was because of the tears still running freely down his face. Hugging back, careful not to get the onion that was on his hands on his boyfriend's clothes. Noticing that a pot was boiling, he pulled away to go stir it, grabbing a jar of spices while he was there to add to his sauce.
Kaidoh leaned back against the opposite counter with a sigh, whatever was cooking smelled amazing, "What are you making?"
"Spaghetti," Yagyuu answered, looking up from his busy stirring. Grabbing the onions he'd just finished cutting, he stuck them in a pan that he had already heated and put oil in. Hearing a sizzling sound, he tossed that about a bit before going back to the tomato and meat sauce in the other pot, "Misaki-chan doesn't like onions, so I make the sauce with no onions, then add the onions after," He explained, sticking the spaghetti noodles in the boiling pot of water on the back burner, turning it down slightly and putting some salt in it.
"Oh," He waited until Yagyuu looked like he had a minute then grabbed the boys wrist and pulled him into a kiss,
Allowing the spoon he had been holding to rest on the counter he was standing in front of (nowhere near the stove), Yagyuu kissed back, keeping an ear out for Misaki-chan so they wouldn't get caught kissing if she happened to walk in. Allowing his mouth to open slightly to let Kaidoh deepen the kiss if he wanted to, Yagyuu moved back so he was pinned against the counter, bringing Kaidoh with him.
Kaidoh nearly purred into the kiss as he realized that somehow he ended up pinning his boyfriend to the counter. He deepened the kiss at the first opportunity, tongue exploring every inch of the now familiar mouth. He could taste a bit of the sauce and it was even better than it smelled. He slid his hands down from Yagyuu’s hips to his thighs and in one quick easy motion lifted the other boy so he was sitting on the counter.
Restraining a squeak as he was lifted to sit on the counter, Yagyuu settled where he was and put the rest of his attention back on the kiss, with just a little bit left over to listen for Misaki-chan, who seemed to be awfully busy with something, since he couldn't hear her anywhere near the kitchen. Putting his arms around Kaidoh's shoulders for a lack of anything else to do with them, he removed his boyfriend's ever-present bandana before tangling his fingers in the other boy's hair, surprised at how soft it was.
Kaidoh did let out a small moan this time as he felt himself being pulled deeper into the kiss. Both hands slid up under Yagyuu’s shirt and traced along his spine massaging as they went.
Shivering slightly, Yagyuu was almost glad when he heard Misaki-chan's footsteps in the hall and pushed away to adjust his shirt and hop down from on the counter, walking over to the pan the onions had been in and scraping the onions into a small bowl, rinsing the frying pan off in the sink before putting it in the soapy water he'd filled the other side of the sink with to do dishes. Misaki-chan walked in wearing a cute pink princess dress and holding a small pony plushie. Smiling at how cute she was, he started to wash the dishes that were sitting in the water already, having put on the bright yellow gloves. He probably still looked a bit ruffled, but that was okay.
Kaidoh groaned at the loss of contact, but understood when Misaki walked in. She ran over to him and spun around, "Look look Kaidoh-san, it fits!"
Kaidoh smiled and crouched down to her level, "You look beautiful Misaki-chan," He was glad he'd gotten the size right. "Are you ready for dinner?" She nodded, "Then do you want to change out of that so it doesn't get dirty?" She shook her head.
"I wanna stay in it, it's pretty." His expression softened some more, "Then go get a shirt to wear over it while we eat. Then when we're done you can take it off." She nodded and was about to run off when he stopped her with a word, "Misaki-chan," she turned and looked at him, "You don't have to call me Kaidoh-san. Call me Kaoru." She smiled and ran off laughing.
Yagyuu looked over his shoulder, smiling bemusedly at Kaidoh as his boyfriend sent his sister upstairs to get a shirt to wear over his dress.
"You're good with kids," he remarked absently, drying the gloves before removing them, then getting a container to put a portion of the sauce in, mixing the onions in with the sauce remaining in the pot. "Have you eaten yet?" he asked, grabbing the noodle pot off the burner and walking over to the sink, holding the pot one handed for a moment to put the strainer in the sink before pouring the pasta and water in. Taking out three plates, he handed one to Kaidoh, putting a serving of pasta each into both the bowls he was holding, taking a pair of serving spoons out to put the sauce on top of the noodles.
"Thanks. I've always wanted a little sister," He stood and took the plate from Yagyuu, "Not yet, but thank you for inviting me over today." He ran his free hand over Yagyuu’s lower back and kissed his cheek. Taking another plate from him he set them down on the table.
Shivering, he put pasta and sauce on the plate he'd given to Kaidoh, following the other boy to the table, which was out the door from the living room.
"You can eat with us then. And I'm glad to have invited you over. Misaki-chan likes you, so its nice to have someone over to help watch her..." Yagyuu realized he was rambling and stopped. He wasn't nervous or anything but...Going over to the stairs he looked up the stairwell to see if Misaki was coming down. Seeing that she wasn't he called up the stairs that dinner was on the table and returned to his own seat, noticing that Kaidoh had sat himself beside him.
Dinner went by without a hitch and after it was over Kaidoh started picking up the dishes before Yagyuu could stop him. "Misaki-chan, why don't you go take the extra shirt off and play for a little while so your Nii-san and I can clean up?" Misaki nodded and ran up stairs.
Yagyuu smiled at Kaidoh's skillful handling of Misaki, and took the dishes, "You're a guest in this house, I shouldn't make you help," He said, gathering the rest of the dishes and bringing them into the kitchen.
"You let me eat with you and you cooked. I'm going to help." Kaidoh followed him in and rolled up his sleeves, "I'll do the dishes."
Yagyuu frowned, but realized that arguing with Kaidoh wouldn't get him anywhere and accepted the help graciously.
"Thank you, I suppose," he said, rinsing the dishes and depositing them in the sink for Kaidoh, taking out his gloves for his boyfriend to use. Getting out a bunch of containers, he began putting individual servings of noodles and sauce in them, making separate ones for Misaki and the rest of his family, "How has school been?" He asked to break the silence and initiate a conversation.
"It's been good. It's strange not having practice everyday though," Kaidoh forwent the gloves and washed the dishes quickly with skilled hands. "What about you Yagyuu? How is Rikkai dai?"
"Good, I suppose, I have a bit more to work on before I can get into the regulars, but other than that it's been fine, I suppose. I'm glad I'm not longer on ball duty," he answered, putting lids on the containers he'd filled with spaghetti.
"If there's anything you want help with I'll do what I can," He put one of the pots on the drying rack and moved onto the next plate. "I know I told you on the phone the other night...but," He paused and blushed some, "I'll always be here for you."
Yagyuu finished securing the last lid and turned to face Kaidoh, wrapping his arms carefully around the younger boy.
"Thank you," he whispered into the other boy's ear, squeezing slightly before placing a small kiss on Kaidoh's cheek and turning to the counter, stacking them and picking them up so that he could carry them all to the fridge.
His blush deepened as a shiver ran down his spine, "fshuuu...." Kaidoh placed the plate in the rack and started the next one, "Have you been sleeping any better?" He knew his boyfriend had been having problems sleeping ever since they got back from New Orleans and it was killing him to not be able to help somehow.
"...Not really," Yagyuu answered, not wanting to lie but reluctant to admit the truth as it would only make Kaidoh worry more. Walking briskly over to the fridge, he opened it and set the containers on the floor for a moment to make room for them.
"This weekend...why don't you come over and stay the night...maybe it'll help..." Kaidoh was redder than the spaghetti sauce they'd had for dinner, "You need to get a good night of sleep..."
"That might be nice..." Yagyuu said, looking over at Kaidoh, who was a cute shade of red at the moment. Closing the fridge, he walked over to the other boy, who had finally finished the dishes, "Misaki-chan is doing homework right now, perhaps we should get started on our own," He suggested.
Kaidoh turned and leaned back against the counter and pulled Yagyuu against him, kissing him lightly, "I don't have much homework left," He only had to read 5 pages left to read, he'd done most of his homework before coming over because he enjoyed the time spent with Yagyuu without having to worry about anything. He figured it would be rather suspicious to do all of his homework beforehand though.
"I see," Yagyuu said, he'd also done most of his homework, leaving English for last because the work was fairly easy, "We can finish what we have in my room then."
"Okay," Kaidoh pulled him down into a kiss again and waited for Yagyuu to lead the way to his room.
Allowing himself to be pulled down for a brief kiss, Yagyuu straightened quickly and led the way up the stairs, quickly checking on Misaki in her room. She was busy coloring something, but looked up to wave at him when she heard the door. Leaving the door slightly open, Yagyuu continued on to his own room, allowing Kaidoh to go in first, then leaving the door open so he could hear Misaki.
Kaidoh sat down on Yagyuu’s bed and pulled his book out of his bag, flipping to the page he needed to read.
Grabbing his bag, Yagyuu took out an exercise book and his favorite pencil and got to work, sitting beside Kaidoh because he was feeling a bit cold and his boyfriend was nice and warm.
Kaidoh smirked as Yagyuu took a seat next to him. It took him less than 10 minutes to finish his reading and he threw the book back into his bag and then maneuvered himself until he was behind Yagyuu, his arms wrapping around the other boys waist and his head on the older boys shoulder. He closed his eyes and just enjoyed being with him.
Not quite finished the last question he'd been assigned, Yagyuu leaned back into Kaidoh's touch slightly, very close to purring at the warmth the boy brought with him. Quickly jotting the last sentence down, his writing a bit different, not that anyone but Niou would be able to tell, he put the book down and curled up closer to Kaidoh, reveling in the warmth. He'd been feeling rather cold for awhile and, despite the numerous jackets an hoodies he'd worn, he hadn't seemed to be able to get warm.
Kaidoh smiled and pulled Yagyuu back onto the bed so they were lying together, "Close your eyes," he said quietly into his boyfriend’s ear, "Rest for a while."
Following Kaidoh's advice, Yagyuu curled up around his boyfriend and closed his eyes, finally feeling warm and comfortable...So comfortable, in fact he was beginning to feel sleepy...
Kaidoh ran his hand slowly through Yagyuu’s hair, willing him to fall asleep. The older boy looked so tired and if by just lying here with him could help he would gladly do it.
Distantly feeling a soothing hand running through his hair, Yagyuu purred a bit before drifting off to sleep.
Kaidoh laid quietly watching Yagyuu sleep when he heard a sound at the door, he sat up a little and saw Misaki standing at the door in her pajamas, he signaled her to be quiet and come over so she nodded and trotted over, climbing on to the bed carefully. "Kaoru, I'm ready for bed," she whispered, "Can I stay with you and Nii-san?" He nodded and she pulled a blanket over from the end of the bed. Kaidoh smiled as he watched her pull the blanket over the three of them. He laid on his back Hiroshi snuggled up to one side and Misaki snuggled up to the other. He closed his eyes and let sleep claim him as well, he could definitely get used to this.
Kasumi walked in the house, putting her purse and jackets on the hook in the entryway, noticing an extra pair of shoes that didn't seem to belong to her son. Checking the rooms downstairs, she didn't see any sign of Hiroshi, his guest or Misaki. Walking up the stairs quietly, she checked in Misaki's room, slightly alarmed not to see her daughter sleeping in her bed. Tiptoeing over to Hiroshi's room, she was confused when she saw three people in the bed, but glad that Misaki was in bed, if not her own. Moving farther into the room, she looked at the face of the mysterious guest. It was Kaidoh-kun, and on either side of the boy were both of her children, sound asleep.
Although she was glad Hiroshi had finally gotten sleep (having been aware that he was unable to sleep, but not able to help, short of finding sleeping pills), she wondered how Kaidoh-kun had been able to help him get to sleep, and why they were sleeping in the same bed. Dismissing the thought that her son might be...gay, Kasumi pulled the covers up higher on Misaki, smoothing her hair out slightly.
Kaidoh felt the covers move and opened his eyes slowly, wondering if Yagyuu had woken up, the first site that greeted him was his boyfriends sleeping face. He sat up a little and the next thing he saw made him go pale, Yagyuu’s mom was standing there. While it explained the moving covers he now had a whole new problem. The gentleman’s mom had just caught him snuggled up to her son (AND her daughter) which could not be a good thing. "Yagyuu-san," He said quietly so as not to wake up Hiroshi. That was the last thing he needed right now.
Kasumi looked over at Kaidoh. He must be a light sleeper like herself.
"Shall we go downstairs to talk," she asked, "Don't worry about Hiroshi or Misaki. Once they're asleep they won't wake up 'till morning," She assured jokingly, seeing Kaidoh's slightly hesitant face.
Kaidoh nodded and despite what she said he was extra careful when climbing off of the bed. He hoped he got points for still being completely dressed. He rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and followed Kasumi downstairs, trying to think of ways to explain what was going on.
Watching Hiroshi and Misaki curl up together in the space Kaidoh had just left, Kasumi smiled slightly and motioned for Kaidoh to follow her silently.
Upon reaching the living room, she motioned for Kaidoh to sit down. Politeness came first, after all, "Would you like some tea before we begin?" she asked, still standing.
He took a seat and nodded, "Thank you, I'm sorry to trouble you," he watched her walk into the kitchen and realized his bandanna was still in there somewhere, unless Yagyuu had been smart enough to grab it. He frowned and closed his eyes, running his hand through his hair and still trying to figure out how to handle the situation. He sincerely hoped he hadn't just made life harder for Yagyuu.
Kasumi efficiently boiled water and got out cups for tea, pouring the water -when it boiled- into a teapot and putting the necessary amount of tea leaves into it, carrying it all out on a tray, upon which she had placed a few cookies.
"So," she began, pouring a cup of green tea for each of them, "What led to the scene I just witnessed in Hiroshi's bedroom?"
He stared down at his tea suppressing a hiss as he tried to remember how to speak, "I--He--Yagyuu-senpai invited me over so we could study. When we finished studying we were laying down talking and he started falling asleep, I thought it best not to wake him since he was having so many problems sleeping lately. Then Misaki-chan came in and fell asleep and I didn't want to move and wake them both up...I must have fallen asleep...I'm sorry to have been so careless."
"I see," Kasumi said, tapping her chin with one elegant finger, "You seem rather...fond of my son," She continued curiously, "Why is that?"
She preferred the direct approach, but really, she didn't want to ask him if he was in a relationship with Hiroshi, especially considering that she'd heard her son mention a few girlfriends, even if they hadn't lasted very long and she had never met them... And besides, she didn't want to offend Kaidoh-kun by outright assuming that he was that way.
Kaidoh felt his face turn bright red and he nearly choked on his tea, "I-" he coughed, "I--" He studied his tea cup again as he finally repressed the coughs, "I've just recently become good friends with Yagyuu-senpai and he, he's been a great friend to me, so I can only hope to do the same for him."
"Nothing else?" Kasumi asked noting the boy's reaction. Maybe she wasn't wrong but, even if she somehow managed to accept it, she doubted her husband would be able to, not less her father-in-law...But she was thinking too far ahead, they might just be good friends...
Kaidoh wanted to tell her the truth, he hated lying, especially to parents, but he was pretty sure Yagyuu wouldn't appreciate him announcing to his mother that he was his boyfriend. Instead of saying anything, he nodded. He couldn't look her in the eyes though, knowing that his face and eyes would probably give everything away.
Looking shrewdly over at Kaidoh's posture, Kasumi guessed there was something the young boy was hiding. Moving over to the couch Kaidoh was sitting on, she examined him carefully, tilting his chin up to look in his eyes. He was definitely hiding something...
"You can tell me, you know, I won't tell my husband," she assured lightly, meaning every word. Even she had things she couldn't say to he in-laws sometimes for fear of seeming rude.
Kaidoh looked away and felt a tightening in his chest, "I--" he wanted to tell her but Yagyuu..."I--We--" his hands tightened around his tea cup and he closed his eyes, this was harder than when his own parents had questioned his sexual preference. "I'm sorry..."
"Whatever for?" Kasumi asked, putting down her own tea cup.
Kaidoh prayed silently that Yagyuu wouldn't hate him for this, but it wasn't in his nature to lie to people, especially parents, no matter whose they were, "I--I'm seeing your son..."
"Well, that would explain Hiroshi's behavior..." Kasumi said slowly, trying to get used to the idea. At least Kaidoh-kun was truthful. She would have to start watching her son more carefully, there seemed to be many things about him that she wasn't aware of.
"How long have you two been together then?" She asked, a few minutes later, over the shock of finding out her son was interested in boys.
"N-Not very long...only since the second or third week of camp," He stared down at his now empty cup and tried to ignore the awkward feeling in his stomach.
"How many times have you kissed?" She asked, now getting into her "curious and gossipy teenaged girl mode" as her husband called it. She had adjusted to the idea, and now wanted to know how her son treated his boyfriend, and, more importantly, how he treated her son. She'd have to sit down and have a talk with Hiroshi sometime about his relationship.....
"I--That--" Kaidoh stared at her with wide eyes, his face pale for a moment before turning redder than the blood in his veins, How could she ask him something like that, "I-I don't know! I wasn't keeping count--" he stuttered out in his shock then realized that probably wasn't the best answer.
"Hmmm," She tapped her chin in amusement. Kaidoh-kun had some very cute reactions, "Who plays the girl-part then?" She asked. If Kaidoh did the same things with Hiroshi, it wasn't a wonder her son liked him, although there was probably more to it than that. It would also explain why he'd brought his "friend" over to meet her and her husband.
He was fairly certain it wouldn't take many more of these questions to make his face burst into flame, it already felt like he was sun burnt, "We haven't done anything like that!" He put his cup down on the table so he didn't end up accidentally break it.
Grinning at Kaidoh's adorably stuttery reaction, Kasumi leaned forward slightly to look closer.
"Who starts the kisses then? And do you cuddle?" She knew they cuddled at least a bit from what she'd seen earlier, but she was curious.
Kaidoh was very glad his own mother hadn't asked these kind of questions, "N-No one really I mean, we kind of take turns I guess...I made the first move...." He was getting a tiny bit more comfortable with the conversation, but it was still very awkward, "And yeah we do...I've never seen anything wrong with that...especially if it helps him sleep..."
"Well, cuddling is always good," Kasumi said thoughtfully. Apparently Hiroshi and his father had that particular like in common. She thought for a moment, "So how does he act around you when you're alone?"
"He doesn't act much different really," he thought about it for a moment and smiled, "He does let down that mask occasionally though..." Kaidoh ran a hand through his hair and spoke before thinking, "I do wish he'd stop calling me Kaidoh-kun though. Just Kaidoh would be fine..."
Kasumi smiled softly. The only time he'd ever not used the honorifics were when he was very young. Now he even used one on his sister.
"Why do you like him?" She asked, changing the topic so it was more about Kaidoh than Hiroshi.
"He's strong and smart, he's always watched out for me, even though he never had a reason to." Kaidoh decided it would be best to leave out the part about him being able to drive him crazy with want, with just a simple smile.
Kasumi blinked at the sigh worthy answer, and grinned. Hiroshi seemed have made a good impression on Kaidoh, "So, those are the only reasons you like him?" She smiled coyly. He was a teenage boy after all, so there must be more.
Kaidoh hadn't thought it was possible, but he blushed even more, certain steam was going to start pouring out of his ears at any second, "W-Well there's other reasons to...but that's--I--uh..."
Patting the embarrassed boy on the shoulder, Kasumi picked up her tea once again and took a sip.
"I know I sound silly saying this, but what are you intentions towards my son?" She asked in a light tone, feeling silly, but wanting to know what Kaidoh’s answer would be.
"My intentions?" Kaidoh repeated, watching her curiously, "Well I care about him a lot if that's what you mean...I-" he smiled a bit and looked at her, "I know it will be hard and that he might not feel the same way...but...I'd like to spend my future with him..."
Kasumi nodded once. The intentions were good, and he had good reason to like her son, so she decided (her motherly side at least) that he would make her son a good boyfriend.
"Good," she said after a few minutes of silence, "I'd advise you to keep this out of my husbands hearing, but other than that, good luck," she said, smiling. She didn't know how Kousuke would react, and she'd prefer to keep it that way.
Kaidoh nodded, "Thank you Yagyuu-san," he smiled at her, "I'm sorry that you had to find this out the way you did...but, thank you for being accepting."
"It's my pleasure," Kasumi said gracefully, "I'm glad I was able to find out at all~"
Kaidoh poured himself another cup of tea and offered more to Kasumi. "You're a great mom." He said honestly, "You and my mom would probably get along really well."
"I'm glad to hear that," Kasumi said happily.
Yagyuu awoke to the murmur of conversation coming from downstairs. Looking up blearily, he reached out and felt for his glasses on his night table, grabbing them and putting them on, looking around with his improved vision. He remembered falling asleep curled up to Kaidoh-kun, but the younger boy was nowhere to be found and in his place was Misaki-chan. Extracting himself from her weak grip, he sat up carefully and got out of the bed, still fully dressed. Making his way down the stairs, he noticed his mother's coat and purse on their hooks, and headed into the living room, following the sounds of voices.
Kaidoh-kun and his mother were sitting on the couch having tea.
Kasumi looked up when she heard light footsteps on the stairs, seeing Hiroshi standing in the doorway, looking cutely sleep ruffled.
He followed her gaze to see his amazingly adorable boyfriend standing there staring at them. Kaidoh felt his face flush red and a small pang of guilt stabbed him in the chest "Yagyuu--"
"Yes?" Yagyuu said sleepily, yawning behind his hand, looking from his boyfriend to his mother, "What were you talking about?"
"Uh we--" Kaidoh stood and tried not to shake, it wasn't in his nature to lie to parents but it was even harder for him to lie to the person he lo---err liked a lot.
"Hmmm?" Yagyuu yawned and stretched, going to sit beside Kaidoh, fighting not to cuddle up to his warmth, since his mother was sitting right there.
"Kaidoh-kun was telling me about how you two are boyfriends," Kasumi filled in happily.
Yagyuu stared blankly for a moment before the words sank in.
Kaidoh sat back down and blushed furiously, not meeting Yagyuu’s eyes for fear of seeing hate or anger in them.
"Yagyuu I--I'm sorry, I--" He looked at his exhausted looking boyfriend and gave him a pleading look, hoping he wasn't upset.
"It's alright," Yagyuu said, not really quite fully aware yet. Leaning against Kaidoh since his mother didn't seem to have a problem with their relationship, Yagyuu cuddled into his boyfriend’s side.
Kasumi grinned at their cuteness.
Kaidoh smiled a little and kissed his forehead without thinking, "Go back to sleep..." He said quietly and waited for Yagyuu to drift back to sleep. "I'll carry him back to his room in a little while." Kaidoh said his smile still in place.
Yagyuu closed his eyes and listened to Kaidoh's advice, drifting quickly off to sleep, only having been half-awake in the first place.
Kasumi smiled at the adorable display the two boys were putting on, "Alright, he's not too heavy I hope?"
"No, He's too skinny if anything." Kaidoh chuckled, his boyfriend was far lighter than him despite being slightly taller but he supposed it was for the best, considering how often Yagyuu was asleep around him.
"True," Kasumi said, chuckling quietly, "He never seems to eat enough, not matter what I do."
Yagyuu moved slightly in Kaidoh's arms, nestling into his arms and settling his head on his boyfriend's shoulder.
Kaidoh let him slowly settle down into his lap and removed his glasses. He set them carefully on the table and started petting his hair gently. "I won't ever hurt him..." Kaidoh said half to himself, but meaning every word.
Kasumi nodded, then glanced at the time.
"Kaidoh-kun, it rather late, perhaps you could stay the night?" She suggested. The trains had probably stopped running, and she didn't want Kaidoh to have to walk home by himself, "You can use the phone to call home if you like."
With a look of mild shock Kaidoh nodded, "If you don't mind, that would be great. Thank you. I'll just text mom though, she's most likely gone to bed already." He pulled out his cell phone and in seconds closed it and shoved it back in his pocket. "I guess I'll take him back to bed...Thank you again Yagyuu-san, I really appreciate it."
"It's no problem. Besides, Hiroshi probably wouldn't want his boyfriend walking home at this time of night," She teased, getting up and gathering the teacups on a tray to put them in the kitchen.
Kaidoh didn't blush, he didn't think he was able to anymore tonight, but he did smile a little and run a hand through his hair trying to hide his embarrassment, "I guess you're right." He stood carefully, trying not to wake his boyfriend up. Slowly he maneuvered him around and picked him up bridal style. "Good night Yagyuu-san. Thank you very much. I'm sorry to be a bother."
Suddenly realizing Kaidoh had no night clothes, Kasumi turned slightly to look in his direction.
"If you'd like some more comfortable clothes, I believe there is some sleepwear in Hiroshi's dresser," she offered.
He nodded, it probably wouldn't be appropriate to sleep in just his boxers when Misaki was sleeping with them and when Yagyuu’s mom had just found out about them. "Thank you." He realized he was going to need to get Yagyuu into something else too and frowned. It was going to be a pain but...."Good night." He nodded his head in a small bow and went upstairs carrying his boyfriend.
He set Yagyuu down on the bed and dug through the dresser, he found a t-shirt and some gym shorts and changed quickly. Now he had to find a way to change Yagyuu...maybe he could wake him up for a couple minutes? Deciding that was the best option, he leaned down and kissed him, trying to wake him up in the most pleasant way possible.
Moaning a bit, Yagyuu woke up, wondering why he was being kissed. Eventually becoming more coherent, he opened his eyes, looking straight into Kaidoh's. Pulling back slightly, he tilted his head, not quite awake enough to talk.
Kaidoh smiled at him and helped him sit up, "You need to change, you can't sleep in these," he said quietly, gesturing to Yagyuu’s current attire. "I'm borrowing some clothes too, sorry, you're mom told me I could..."
Nodding, Yagyuu got up and went to his dresser, grabbing a t-shirt and shorts.
Quickly pulling his clothes off, he set to work putting the change on, having decided that it was a bad idea to just wear his boxers like he usually did.
Kaidoh watched him, admiring his boyfriends beautiful body. Once Yagyuu had changed Kaidoh picked Misaki up gently, careful not to wake her then gestured for Yagyuu to pull down the sheets, she was going to get a cold if she slept on the top of the bed like that for too long. After she was tucked in he climbed into bed, leaving a space open for Yagyuu. "Let's get some sleep..."
Yagyuu nodded, and climbed in beside Kaidoh. Cuddling up to his boyfriend and closing his eyes tiredly.
