WHERE: Manhattan!
WHEN: Wednesday afternoon

SUMMARY: Spider-Man is swinging around the city doing the hero thing, say hi if you want. ALTERNATELY, Peter Parker is walking around town. Please specify which one you're running into.
Peter had taken to web swinging a bit higher up on the buildings these days, what with the hostility of the natives towards people like him. Of course, there was no way for them to know he actually wasn't one of them, they just assumed. Or maybe they hated heroes in general. Judging from the way things had gone with heroes in their world, he couldn't blame them.
But Peter didn't think that meant he shouldn't be Spider-Man anymore. He still had great power and thus, great responsibility. Sure, people hated him for who he was, but that wasn't going to stop him from being who he was.
Taking a momentary break, Peter latched on to a wall down an alley mostly out of the way where anyone could find him and throw bricks or something at him. It was a slow day and he wondered if he should just pack up the webs and head home.
~~~~~~Later as Peter Parker~~~~~~~
Peter had decided that it was best to retire the costume for the rest of the afternoon and head back home. Worried that someone might connect Peter Parker living in the Bins with Spider-Man, he change out of his costume a ways away from home and started to walk the rest of the way. Besides, he had some home work he needed to finish up that was due in a week or so.
Still, he had a little bit of time to kill before he needed to start on it so he could afford to wander around just a bit.
