Well, it's unsurprising I'm stressed. I've been missing deadlines for my thesis and the final frightening get-done-or-don't-graduate deadline is FAST approaching. Plus I'm ill, have a bunch of grading to do, and need to design this second book cover for a very uncooperative liaison at Edinburgh Press ( Read more... )

Oh what a lovely day. Bicycle rides and so many wonderful people.
 

I think my infatuation with the elderly started somewhere around the time when I overdid it at the rec center and could barely walk. I couldn't ride my bicycle because I was so stiff and sore and had to walk in small little steps through the bustling and annoyingly-youthful Lodo. The experience led me to an idea about a film.
