Does anyone know very much about stamps? I tried googling it, but I am not having luck. I need to know what value this stamp is:( Clicky )

Has anyone ever made a postcard using a photograph that they've taken? I want to try and do this, but I'm not sure where to start. I found templates online that you can basically "contact paper" your picture into, but I would like to try making one on my own that would be able to be sent.
